Project and approach

The proposal reorganises the plan to improve light, comfort and functional clarity. Existing terraces are selectively enclosed with insulated panels to increase living space while retaining a private outdoor area for each apartment.

My role

I developed the project from the initial concept and spatial strategy through planning, technical development, material and furniture selection, and coordination of the functional and aesthetic requirements.
