Penghu Island Resort
Conceptual masterplan
A luxury resort masterplan combining a five-star hotel, villas, sports facilities and beachfront amenities in a coastal setting.
Project and approach
The proposal blends traditional Penghu courtyard architecture with contemporary hospitality planning, using inward-facing layouts and controlled roof profiles to reflect the local vernacular.
My role
As Project Architect and team leader, I was responsible for the overall masterplan and coordinated the architectural drafters and 3D designers. I designed and refined the villa typologies and worked on layouts, interior studies, materials, area calculations and project documentation.
