Mashagou Masterplan
Coastal urban development
A comprehensive coastal development organised as a community combining tourism, hospitality, residential and innovation programmes.
Project and approach
The masterplan balances density with open landscape, using a sustainable and liveable framework while preserving the site’s coastal potential.
My role
As Project Architect, I developed the project documentation, refined the masterplan and coordinated design adjustments. I designed several building typologies, public marinas and a public market, and worked on layouts, area calculations, zoning and presentation graphics.
